[Resolved] Senator International W Card — Selling products with wrong information | |
Today i got the call from the sale's department. His name is Ashish, he told about the promotions done on my card usage and i am getting a gift for the same and he also mentioned that he is representing from HDFC bank, so asked him what is the amount i have to pay for getting the gift he told initially nothing. then i asked him to proceed, he told there will be a message sent from the HDFC send it to my number, your gift will reach you in 3 days. i asked him what is the message he told one time password, i asked him why will i get the one time password when you are sending the gift for free, then i got a doubt and asked are you calling form HDFC he told yes. i started the recording on in my mobile then he is telling full details of the company and what is the product he is selling to me. best part of it is i have already bought that product, which is totally different from the sales team description with the actual product. The sale's team is storing the credit card details with them, and telling that they are representing from bank and they are ready to send the one time password to the customer's to justify that they are calling from bank. please be aware of the calls and i doubt the same guys had called me for selling IHO card as well.
