I had received a call on 14/01/2016 from senator international claiming to be from the state bank of india.They offered me a discount card saying that state bank of india credit card department is stopping with the reward points and offering this discount card.Discount of 20% to 30% will be offered whenever i swipe my credit card.They fraudly took Rs.7888 for the same from me.When i called them back to get my refund the executive spoke as if he/she is a roadside mawali.When i told i can give them the recordings of their calls and how had they cheated me they just banged the phone out of fear saying there is no refund policy which they had not mentioned ever.Its a pure fraud company with illiterate roadside mawalis.

They are fraud. Please dont give your CVV or OTP to them. They will offer you some amazing discount which is a bluff. I got a call on 29/10/2015 and the girl started saying that wherever i swipe my credit, before that i should swipe their card and i will get 20% discount on all deals. she was asking for Rs7900.

I received a call from a customer care representative of SBI bank with the name of Neha Sharma ([protected]) for upgrading me with Master Visa card and she clearly told me that there are NO Hidden charges for the up gradation and i will be given special benefits as well. I agreed to the proposal and she further guided me through the required steps in which she asked me about my 1.Credit Card details 2.CVV no 3.Expiry date after which i received an OPT and in that message there was an amount of INR.7765 mentioned, then she asked me for the OTP and i confirmed about the INR.7765, for which she said the those are the reward points that i will be given. As soon as i disconnected the call, RS.7765 was deducted from my card and i called her back and she tells me that the money will be refunded back within 90 days.i simply asked her, Why was i not informed about it earlier? and then she vaguely replies and says she forgot. This is clearly a nightmare for me and i have been made a fool for believing in you people. Miss Neha Sharma was so offensive and rude and she kept on disconnecting my calls when i asked her about why she lied? . Just to complete their targets they fool around with people and rob them of their hard earned money? I need my refund and i want to stop this service too. Now those people sent me Senator International W Card, which helps in getting some discounts or whatever But i didnt ask for it.This is cheating and fraud. Please look in the matter and give Justice to me

I have got call from senator international representative said sbi offered me a free w card can get discount 20 to 25% discount on a transaction charged me 6499/- Unauthorisely debited, pls sbi & rbi should look into this matter, Sbi is leeking customer data to fraud companies .

The company had sell a package of holiday voucher with some article, a watch, a bag, a shoe, wallet and a belt; in rs.6999 on phone and their executive confirmed that all teleshopping item are refundable if customer not satisfied with product.On 2nd April-2014 i got their product and product was of very bad quality. On 3rd April-14 I returned their product and made a written request to refund my money.On 15-04-14, i got their reply by Charru sharma, Manager;that they will refund my money within 10days of getting my bank details. I sent the details 0n 15-04-14 itself but till now I didnot get my refund.I made atleast 10 efforts in written and many more verbally but No effects on them. Now today when i called them, they say if you want we can refund 50% of your money. I request when I have not used their product and returned within their policy norms.You are requested, pl. look into the matter and do the needful. Senator international persons called me up and offered a discount card on my good record with SBI. It would give me a 20 % discount on anything i buy, even groceries. They told me there was a one time payment of Rs.8000.which would be debited against my SBI credit card. This was to be an interest free payment and could be paid as and when i wanted. When I received the card, I found that it can be used only in Delhi and that too only in high end places and just one or two eating joints which have branches in Mumbai.How can they issue a card to a person residing in Mumbai, which can be used only in Delhi. Moreover when I Checked with SBI card, they had never even heard of Senator international company and did not have any such interest free schemes. The company has given me a 24 hr telephone no[protected] which never works.The card issued to me bears no [protected]. I am a victim of SENATOR INTERNATIONAL Telemarketing fraud on 02nd August 2014.

On 02nd August 2014, Neha Sharma called me from [protected]/[protected]/[protected] numbers and said she is from SBI company and offering me SBI Privilege card.
She said that this SBI Privilege card is introduced and alternative to the SBI reward points where when used this card we get 15%-30% discounts on ALL purchase of products at Big Bazaar, SHOPPER-STOP, LIFESTYLE, etc (Except GOLD, SILVER, Petrol) instead of reward points that we get on our SBI CREDIT card.

Finally they convinced me to purchase the card for an amount of Rs 7799.00. Now they have sent me a Wcard instead of something related to SBI and fooled me.
This product was wrongly promoted by your executive Neha Sharma which is no way useful to me as they are not accepted in all the stores like Big Bazaar, SHOPPER-STOP, LIFESTYLE and rest..

I therefore request you to look into this matter and make "SENATOR INTERNATIONAL" refund my amount as this was wrongly promoted by your executive Neha Sharma which is no way useful to me.

MISUSE OF MY CREDIT CARD by Senator International. I am Hitesh Thakkar using credit card no. [protected] from long time and my Contact Number is:[protected] staying in Kalyan, thane District, Mumbai. On 30th July 2014 at 2.00 pm, I got call from numbers [protected] and [protected] claiming Shefali from Citi Bank Credit Card department giving me all the details of my card. And said that i will be getting a Compulsory as well as complimentary card from Citi Bank which is W card from Senator International. He offered me "Senator International W Card discount card saying that i will get discount from 30% to 40% on usage of this cards at Big Bazar and many more stores. He said there would be no charges for the same and the facility will be provided absolutely free of cost. He asked me to punch in all my details. In no time I received a message on my mobile that "transaction of Rs 11998.00 made on Citi Bank Credit Card through "SENATOR INTERNATIONAL". I made a complaint in Citi Bank for the same and Blocked my credit card. The W card which has no use in Kalyan, Mumbai because all the establishments are available at Delhi only. I have also made compalint regarding this to their executive and their executive connected me to their compliant section in their depatment. 0MISUSE OF MY CREDIT CARD
The credit card no.xxxxxxxxxxx8790 is being used by me since 2008. On 07/08 th January 2014 I got call from numbers [protected]/[protected][protected] claiming to call from SBI card & they gave me all the details of my card.
He offered me Senator International W Card discount card as a complimentary card from sbi card and said that i will get discount from 30% to 40% on usage of this cards at Big Bazar and many more stores. He said there would be no charges for the same and the facility will be provided absolutely free of cost.He asked me to punch in all my details.
Within few seconds I received a message on my mobile that "transaction of Rs 7890.00 made on sbi credit card through "SENATOR INTERNATIONAL". I made a complaint in SBI CREDIT card department as it is a misuse of my card.The W card which has no use in Nagpur because all the establishments are available at Delhi only.I have also made compalint regarding this to their executive and their executive connected me to their compliant section in their depatment.Compaint section told me that their W.Card is applicable every where including nagpur also.But they have misguided me.
I went to the main branch of SBI at Nagpur and made a complainant on line to SBI card depatment.They have blocked my card but they have already made transaction from my card. .

I therefore request you to look into this matter and take necessary action against " SENATOR INTERNATIONAL" and refund my amount misused.

Today i got the call from the sale's department.

His name is Ashish, he told about the promotions done on my card usage and i am getting a gift for the same and he also mentioned that he is representing from HDFC bank, so asked him what is the amount i have to pay for getting the gift he told initially nothing.

then i asked him to proceed, he told there will be a message sent from the HDFC send it to my number, your gift will reach you in 3 days.

i asked him what is the message he told one time password, i asked him why will i get the one time password when you are sending the gift for free, then i got a doubt and asked are you calling form HDFC he told yes.

i started the recording on in my mobile then he is telling full details of the company and what is the product he is selling to me.

best part of it is i have already bought that product, which is totally different from the sales team description with the actual product.

The sale's team is storing the credit card details with them, and telling that they are representing from bank and they are ready to send the one time password to the customer's to justify that they are calling from bank.

please be aware of the calls and i doubt the same guys had called me for selling IHO card as well.

I received a call from you on dated 03rd Aug 11.00am and saying that we are calling from value 4 Rupees and u r selected because of your good payment record of your SBI credit card and also it was recommended to give Reebok shoes, Reebok watch & gift shopping vouchers of Rs. 25600. Witch is use in Big Bazar, Loot, Adidas & pantloon showrooms.
They told me that we are giving you so much of offers as promotional offers and you will received a complete package of your gifts in 7 days time and you would to pay Rs.2999 for these offers. But I wondered and kept on asking from which bank / company it's is offered. But they retelling that this offer is given by value 4 rupees and kept on briefing me about the offers which are not for all persons. And they recomand to attend the next call and from where they will charge from credit card. it asked me to pay Rs 2999. Then they told we will explain your doubts. Then after so much of questions they told that the gift vouchers of Rs. 25600 is shopping vouchers .Till today i haven't received any W card, i have call up his customer care also they will delivery you card within 7 working days till today i havent receive any W card.

you are request you kindly take a legal action Senator International and tell them please give my money back Rs.2999/-
