Tradus — Delayed delivery and laying of courier area manager

I made an online order through tradus.com on 07th Aug from bangalore. The order was sent through Quantium Courier Services. On tracking the order it showed that the order reached on 10th Aug at the city(Bangalore) branch in the morning which means i was supposed to receive the order on the same day or the next morning. It is now 26th Aug and I am yet to receive the order. i called the local office of (Quantium courier services) where the concerned person told me there was some dispute in Quantium, staff doing strike that is why they cannot send the order. On calling Quantium on every day they will say tomorrow, tomorrow now they not picking my call also
that the customer is the one suffering. I hope this complaint would teach them some lesson.
