Otp Express — Company is fraud

Hi,

I ordered grocery items on 20th October and haven't got the items till date as on 8th November. Fortunately I ordered only for Rs 303/-, however on calling the customer support, they neither have a ticket raising tool, nor know how to revert the money to my wallet or the credit card. The guy told there is no supervisor/manager to assist, as if the company is run by fraudsters only.
