Otp Express — Online order not getting delivered - order id[protected]

Hi Team

I ordered the grocery and veg through OTP Express order id[protected]

The product was expected to deliver by noon, but no update

There is no option to cancel the order as well, since they don't have the refund option, If I cancel the order the money will be in the wallet, That means the money is with them only

It looks they offers are just to collect money from customers
