Order is not delivered and app shows order delivered. I want my money back to my account. Why should Otp want payment upfront with out delivery of product. Previously in many order one or other item will be missed and they say no stock, otp never refunds nor no item delivery. It's getting worst day by day i have stopped ordering otp as home delivery system has failed. Now necessary authority should ban otp from taking upfront payment if otp wants t still do business it should be on COD. Was this information helpful? |
