Two of my online order refunds are pending for more than 2 weeks, no response to calls made to customer service, no response to emails sent to them. Shop is also closed where you can go and check the status of the order. Understand they are not paying salaries to their staff or rent to shops what they have rented. Their operations teams is worst of the lot and no one responds to the calls or messages. I think they are cheating public, their staff, their landlords who has rented their premises and customers.
