I placed an order for vegetables and fruits on the 17th September looking at an ad in TOI. After several calls half of the order got delivered. Total value of the order INR 171. Missing items value-INR 107. Called several times for refund after a long hold their staff picks the call and puts it on hold endlessly. Surely customers are taken for a ride here. No refund yet.
