In OTP express, I placed an order for vegetables and groceries on 16 September with the order number[protected]. Received only half of the items and remaining amount is credited to OTP wallet. After it got credited, app is not allowing to book any item online. After I got tried of trying online, I went to in-store. People who are in-store are totally unaware of online. I took manager number and called him. He is telling "did you ask me while booking online, why are you asking me now". Staff is so unprofessional and rude.
