I had ordered few things on OTP express few days back. There were musk melons which were spoilt when I received my order. I called the customer service agent and then she said the amount will be refunded for those spoilt items within 7 days of time frame. However I haven't received any refund yet and they are not responding to my calls as well.

3. Most of the vegetables have decayed.
This is not the first time.
And we never expected OTPXPRESS to have such pathetic service.
Contacting your customer care is a big challenge and horrible. We had to try 23 times and wait for 4hours ( 15-20 mns every time) to get connected).
With such bad service, do you think customers trust OTPXPRESS?
