I ordered through their app vegetables for Rs 158 on 17th Sept. The order was accepted and assigned to their sultanpalya outlet with a promise to deliver on 18th Sept between 10AM -12 noon.. The delivery did not happen till late evening and when i visited the sultanpalya store, i was told that they are not responsible for online orders and i can do whatever. Through the end of 18th september, i see that the status in the app was updated as order completed. I have not received any vegetables against my order and the company is indulging in cheating customers. They have also called for franchise now to increase this cheating business of theirs. please help action against this company
