Placed orders for food products on 31st Oct, received a delivery slot from the company - but no delivery, totally uncontactable...

I have placed two orders on 23 and 24 Sep and paid money too..
Itz been 2 weeks and the orders are not delivered..
Tried to reach customer care but no body is picking the call.....

I have order the products yesterday. Today I received but 10 products were missing. They just refunded only Rs 29, instead of refunding Rs 290. Even I didn't receive first three order refunds also, which was ordered in the month of july. There is no proper response from customer care team.

The company is accepting prepaid orders only and without delivering the products updating status as completed swindling customers money...

I ordered through their app vegetables for Rs 158 on 17th Sept. The order was accepted and assigned to their sultanpalya outlet with a promise to deliver on 18th Sept between 10AM -12 noon.. The delivery did not happen till late evening and when i visited the sultanpalya store, i was told that they are not responsible for online orders and i can do whatever. I had placed an order for Longon Litchi along with others items on 18 Aug 2021. Logon Litchi was full of fungus and extremely bad quality. The delivery guy took the picture and assured for the replacement. But, unfortunately, he didn't turn up even till the next day nor answered my call.

I ordered for fruits and vegetables from otpxpress site on 9th July 2021 at 2 50pm. I have selected same day delivery between 4pm to 6pm. I.made payments as well.. the items are not delivered yet. I tried contacting the customer care but they are attending the calls. There is no option in the site to cancel the order as well...

Order ID:[protected] for the items on 20-Jul-2021 evening for delivery slot of 21-Jul-2021 06:00 to 08:00 AM, but there is no response. When i contact the customer care there is no response. This is worst customer service or its dummy company who is robing money from customers...

Downloaded OTPxpress app and ordered few items of grocery, fruits and vegetables and paid money for the booked ordered and the company confirmed receipt of money and my booking.
When next day the items were required to be delivered during the assigned time period...there was no sign.
Tried to contact customer care but nobody responding or phone gets switched off.
Went to OTP outlet nearby but they refused to entertain...
