Worst experience. These guys are cheaters. I cancelled an order a few days back just after placing and payment of it due to some emergency. I called customer care and they told you will receive the refund in some time. After sometime, the order was marked delivered without any delivery. I called, they told refund is initiated, you will get in sometime. It's been many days, i haven't received the refund, even wrote at [protected]@ovenstory.in but no reply.
