Swiggy clearly states it is the restaurant who will provide

I have ordered food in Zomato to oven story pizza shop in Ambattur Chennai the delivery is not done time I have been waiting for long-time when iam calling to delivery person he told he clubbed with another 2order he has been taken very long time when I receive the food it's totally cold

I had ordered pizza from ovenstory and after me waiting for an hour when I called it was informed that the order is cancelled it has happened 2 time consecutively with me this is the worst worst service have ever experienced

I ordered one 11 inch Margherita pizza for 315 rupees and 1 classic Margherita semizza (half pizza) for 169 rupees from URAPAKKAM branch in CHENNAI through Swiggy.

I received both pizzas. But semizza pizza is without cheese. It tastes like rotten and burnt pizza. Very worst service. It is not worthy for money value. Felt to THROW the pizza on the CHEF itself. My kids and me got disappointed. They r selling this kind of pizzas and making MONEY. INSTEAD OF LIKE THIS THEY CAN BEG AND EARN MONEY. Please take away their license

I placed an order and you people told that you wont deliver because my home is very far from your kitchen. But when i googled it showed only 4 km distance and you are suppose to deliver within 5km radius. Second time i placed the order same happened you people refused to deliver and cancelled the order. I asked you to check your website and informed you not to allow any one who is living 2km far from your kitchen to place order because you cannot deliver still you didn't take any action and again on another day i placed an order after a huge fight you people agreed to deliver the order. And in that fight you people asked me to pick up the pizza because your delivery person is asking extra amount which is not fair because i have already paid the delivery fee to deliver that pizza now why should i come the all way to pick it up at night.

Yesterday night again, i ordered the pizza and the story is same that you wont deliver and you are going to cancel it. Then why are you allowing us to order through website?
Why you took the money?
Why you didn't deliver?
Why are you refusing after placing the order?
I didn't give you permission to cancel the order, still you cancelled it why is that? How can you even do that?
I sent emails to you and why no one replied?
I placed order for 2000 rupees if my order is cancelled where is the refund amount?
Where is the confirmation mail for that cancellation?
Where is the confirmation mail for refund?
Every time the same is happeneing and you are not even giving your phone to higher officials to discuss.

Please just close your bussiness and go!!!

I wanted to order a pizza on 20/05/2020 so I payed for my order using google pay but my order was not placed and money got deducted from my account. I contacted them and asked for a refund. They told me that the refund will initiated within 7 to 10 working days. Now is more than 20 days and I have not got my refund and also I have not got any kind of response for my complaints.

Had ordered pizza through their app nd paid via gpay. Few minutes later get a call saying their outlets are all shut so they won't be able to deliver (Then why was the app accepting orders??). He said i will get the money back in 24 hours

Next day get a mail saying refund has been initiated after i raised a complaint. Saying will get it in 24 hours if wallet payment made like gpay. Till now haven't received anything. Had written countless mails to them (As they have no other way of communication), everytime say it has been processed or are checking and will reply. But never do. Now they have even stopped responding to the mails

I had ordered for chicken maximus pizza and spanish sushine but chicken maximus was totally uncooked. It was very raw and chicken was also uncooked we couldn't eat it. We want refund of amount

I ordered pizza from Ovenstory on zomato. Zomato clearly mentions that they cannot track the order since overstory has its own tracking mechanism. Tracking link sent by ovenstory at 5:45 saying it will be delivered in 50 mins. The ordered was not delivered even after 1 hour. I called the customer care, he put me on hold to speak with the designated kitchen and i i was told the pizza is ready at kitchen and should be delivered in next 10 mins. Even after 20 mins of that still the order wasn’t received. Called customer care again and asked for cancellation(it was a prepaid order). Customer care executive was saying the pizza is ready to dispatch. Meanwhile received a call from the designated kitchen that pizza will further get delayed by 30 mins as it is not ready yet and there is lot of rush. Such unprofessional conduct by a company who is putting up huge billboards and swanky commercials on TV. Huge disappointment. I made the order for the first time with ovenstory and this was the experience. They do not care about the time and well being of customers.

Yesterday 29 february 2020 i tried to place an order on ovenstory pizza app using google pay as a payment method the app redirected me to google pay for the payment and i was charged and after the payment when i was redirected back to the ovenstory pizza app i get a notification that payment didn't get through... So what i am trying to say is that my order wasn't placed but i my money was deducted i really hope they could give me a refund.

I had ordered my food from ovenstory pizza at 7:54 pm and paid the bill through debit card. It was undelivered and my money was also not refunded. I was very hungry and was unable to order something online later. This carelessness towards customer service is not tolerated at all. What kind of service does ovenstory provide towards its consumers. I request you to take strict action against them to avoid further carelessness.

Hi sir my mobile number is [protected] and order id was 37392017 i have ordered pizza from ovenstory on 6th [protected]@9.30pm and the expected delivery was showing 30mins. I have guests sitting in my home and it's not yet delivered. Its already been 11.30pm but till now i have not got the food. Customer care is not giving proper info. They are just telling it will be delivered in 5min please take necessary action.

Even if there manager biplap is not responding properly.

Ovenstory Pizza took my order around 9 o'clock they promised to deliver within 45 mins now its 10 still they haven't deliver will they give my pizza or not ? there is no customer care no available on the app or on the website neither they providing the information about from which outlet they are preparing my order its really frustrating to be in position where you already pay for the order and still they don't provide it on time or neither provide any information about

I have ordered pizza from oven story 'chicken tikka & kheema cheese burst pizza (11 cm) on 28.11.2019.

The pizza was completely raw and undercooked and in between the layers there was mayonese instead of cheese. I had to throw the whole pizza which cost me rs 412.
I am extremely disappointed with the pizza.
I would like to have the money refunded to my account.
Please look into the issue.

I have ordered pizza and coke (Order id: [protected]) which has been received very late due to which i had to have cold pizza.
Store owner told full refund will be initiated. When i confirmed 2 days later they told it has already been initiated but i haven’t received yet.

I greatly disappointed by the ovenstory services.
I didn't get the refund of 202 rupees.
By the way i paid 404 rupees via google pay and i will move to consumer court within two days if the matters aren't resolved as soon as possible. I confirmed from google pay officials that both the payments are done to ovenstory axis bank account for only one order. It has been three days since the day of payment. I have screenshots as a proof of payment which i will submit to the lawyers office if necessary.in my first payment no order was placed but money got debited from my account and transferred to your account which you can't deny if you want to.

Worst experience. These guys are cheaters. I cancelled an order a few days back just after placing and payment of it due to some emergency. I called customer care and they told you will receive the refund in some time. After sometime, the order was marked delivered without any delivery. I called, they told refund is initiated, you will get in sometime. It's been many days, i haven't received the refund, even wrote at [protected]@ovenstory.in but no reply. And they deleted my review on playstore. My no. Is [protected]

Ordered a pizza online on 5/11/19. After waiting for nearly 45 mins, they called and told me they would be cancelling my order as the branch which was supposed to deliver was closed. My order id 34623401 . The amount hasn't been refunded yet. They don't even have a proper customer care to address public grievances. The website is really bad. They shouldn't take orders online if they can't deliver it and they should have informed me sooner. The lack of customer care support made things irritating

I had placed an order with ovenstory at 8.30 pm through phonepay. The order was supposed to be delivered within 45 minutes. However, the order was not picked up till 9.15 pm and around 9.30 the order status was showing as delivered. Order has not been delivered yet. I have been trying to call in the number provided in the site and nobody is responding. Highly disappointed with the service.

I ordered pizza from ovenstory, diamond point branch, tirumulgherry, secumderabad, telangana, india.

When i called them they said that it will take more than 1 hour to deliver. I accepted it. When i again called them they said that they are out of stock. Here i asked them why did they did not tell me before when i called. They did not answer my question. When i again tressed it they again said they again said one more hour. Eventually they cancelled the order.

I did not not why they are not committed. I need some kind of compensation for waiting in hunger for so many hours.

I ordered 2 pizzas online on 7/10/19. After waiting for nearly two hours, i called the restaurant and initially there was some confusion between two branches on who would deliver my order. Later they told me they would be cancelling my order as the branch which was supposed to deliver was closed. My order id is 32357881. The amount hasn't been refunded yet. They don't even have a proper customer care to address public grievances. The website is really bad. They shouldn't take orders online if they can't deliver it and they should have informed me sooner. The lack of customer care support made things irritating.

Ordered pizza, order num[protected] on 22nd september 2019 at 7.36pm and the pizza was delivered at around 10.30pm. The reason they mentioned for delay was delivery executive forgot to pick your order hence order was left aside without anyones knowledge. How lame is to give such a reason from a well know food outlet.
When the order was delivered the pizza had lost its taste as it was too cold to eat. I was so not impressed with oven story pizza that i had lost all the cravings to eat.
If an outlet cannot provide the service properly, better stop it instead of making a fool out of customer. The funniest part is, there was no information conveyed to me about delay of order until too late and when i tried contacting customer care, the number was always busy.
I want refund against this order, as i feel they do not respect the customers order and i would never order anything from oven story pizza in future.

On 15th Aug 2019, I had made on order from Ovenstory Pizza in Chennai. They called and said order has been cancelled and refund will be processed within 4-5 business days. I waited 5 business days for my refund and did not receive it yet after a week too. Also, in the history it shows the food item has been delivered. Please resolve this issue Zomato.

I ordered ovenstory pizza at 8.55 pm on 16th June 2016(order no[protected]. No update from ovenstory till 10 pm. When i called delivery boy, he answered very rudely "i can't deliver there". But at 11 pm, i saw status delivered. When i called ovenstory, they told pizza is delivered to some one else. The amount is not refunded yet.

Oven story pizza gurugram has taken my order[protected] at 9.50pm 11/05/2019.
They have mentioned that order will be delivered in 30-35 minutes, but my order was not yet delivered till 11:15pm..

At 11:15pm a person call from a personal mobile number and said that they will unable to deliver pizza, so you will cancel or if still need pizza, then will take more 30-50 to prepair your order and after that will deliver. So i request to cancel my order and ask for refund.

He cancelled my order at same moment and said amount will refund within a hour.

But i didn't get any confirmation message or mail for cancellation so i call him again around 11:30pm and then he say mey be due to technical error you not get sms/email you will get your refund in next 4-6 hour.

But till now on next day i didn't get any confirmation sms/email and refund.

I also write them a mail on "[protected]@ovenstory.in" but they didn't respond till now.

Oven story pizza bangalore has taken my order at 9.43pm 14/02/2019.
They have mentioned that order will be delivered in 31 minutes, that means it supposed to be delivered by around 10:10 pm 14/02/2019, but my order was not yet delivered and now time is 11.50pm how will i get a food from other option at this point of time.
They are simply playing with huger of the people. Because of these we have not even cooked the food in home,...
