I have still not received the package. It has been 10 days now. Did not expect such horrrible serce. Tried calling the customer care. But no one answered. I really neede the package and want to escalate this against the delivery executives.. Please help me. I have been trying to reach bothe the customer care for kolkata and banagalore.. No one bothered to help me or follow up with me. Everrytime they keep saying it will be done.. But nothing happens.
I went through the portal have sent them email as well.. No respose.

I had sent a courier to muthoot finance, bharananganam branch on 4th december 2018. Till not neither it got delivered, nor returned to me. I have contacted many people from the overnight express courier services and all was in vein. Till now i have no clue about the status of the courier which i had sent. It was an important policy certificate original. It was supposed to reach the destination on or before 6th december.

Today i went at overnite express to courior a box on that a man sitting there asked me address. I said just a minute mam as i was asking adress on phone call. On which she replied address b ni pta.in rude way. I asked mam kitne time me deliver ho jayega. Again in same way as it seems she was making points of at front of staff that time to lgta h phle aap address do. Fir bola 2 days. Indirectly she used vulgur language (Like bta tu). Other emplyee asked me leave my courior item there as they will call me later when server will be start working. I got agree but i didn't get any call from there till evening so i moved to shop and there that mam was absent so somehow i talked to that guy. He started to fight with me that why i didn't said to mam if her behavior was rude and language was wrong. I said him bcs she was not worth of talking. But that guy itself started a quarell with me on this as from starting he was in favor of that mam as it seems that is why i was silent.
I will never go again on that shop. We hv a business so we often courior, but i'll give very bad feedback to all over my circle of business. As i m already doing. Even rating of your services also bad so i got it that i was at wrong place where employess fight just bcs of no reason.
There were two mam one younger and one older to her. Younger one misbehaved extremely. And that male person also fought after complaining.

This is regarding my courier which i had booked for pune on last thursday at indirapuram, ghaziabad. The courier contained some medicine which my son had to take but since it did not reach him in time and still he hasn't received it, in next 2-3 days he is coming here and my purpose of sending him the medicine has not been served although i spent rs230/- on courier. Kindly return the medicine on my address and refund my money. The harm caused by delay in taking the medicine cannot be estimated in terms of money

This regarding my tracking no [protected]. I have shipped it from delhi to hyderabad on 12th of november. It has been more than 22 days but they are not telling the status of my order.

I tried to contact their customer care and chandigarh overnight employees but of no use. I am calling on all their numbers daily but they are not providing any satisfactory solution.
Please help me to get my shipment deliver.

@overnite worst service i have ever seen in my life. Really furstrated from your service.

Iam a CA Student, I have ordered my books through online but the books are not delivered till now from the past 4 to 5 months. It means you are acting negligently, your helpline numbers ! what's the use of those? They don't even respond well. I made a phone call to your official help line number and they gave me Hyderabad help line number and your representatives at Hyderabad branch are like they don't even understand or worry about customers discomfort. They don't even consider my request. Every time when I use to make a call, they will give a same answer that is 2 days and it is more than 100 times that I made phone call to them.So please consider my request.

My parents happened to send a parcel to myself (In chennai).
The parcel is not in the original packing as sent by my parents. The items inside are missing and also the outer box is torn off and the inside is rodent infested.

How am i supposed to accept a parcel like that? What kind of service are they providing? It is absolute fraud in the name of courier services.

I sent a letter to modinagar through overnite express on 28th oct 2018. Mr ajay, the concerned person of overnite promised me that the letter will be reached within 30th october, if i send letter through express service. As per his word, i sent urgent letter vide awb no [protected]. The letter has not delivered till date inspite of many persuasion. After so many phone-call/ sms/ whatsapp, they have informed me that the letter will be definitely delivered by 2nd dec. But actually that has not been delivered. Now there is no need to deliver that urgent letter. I request you to refund my money wuth penalty. Nor, i have to go to consumer forum.

This is to inform you that my parcel sent through priority from udaipur to barmer haven't yet received. It's very urgent and your service provider at hiran magri 6, near ss couching, udaipur rajasthan, doesn't know how to talk to customer, the worst person i ever meet.

Sir my name is sumit, i sent a courier from saararpur (247001) to mewat (122105) for haryana by overnite express on 27/8/2018 whose awb number is [protected] which contained 1 mobile, which was priced at 18990 but till today i did not get delivered and neither i got back. I have gone too many times in the office of overnite express. He speaks that he has lost us. Please help me and please give me my mobile or money.

My parcel reached reached new delhi on 16/11/18 but was not delivered on the same and also next day it was not delivered, so i had to get it myself from the overnite courier office after calling them several times at kotla a180. This is total negligence on your part agent prem prakash who had lied to me saying that he is on his way and will be delivered shortly, lastly i was told that the agent who was to deliver had left office early. How can he fool me as i was waiting for it since morning. Such person must not be license to run the courier service.
I am very much unsatisfied with your service.

There are 160 boxes of agreement courier on 31/10/18 but still not delivered at our dealership, we are doing folllow up with your rajkot team and ahmedabad but there are not giving any response after 15 days. This is worst kind of service i have seen till now. Hopeless staff even they are not responding, kindly note complaint and deliver the courier within in next 24 hours.

Please kindly look into this matter because it's very important thing try to take action immediately notify picture of the laptop damage.

Kindly look into this below the attached.
It's all ready. Its About 1days I didn't receive any email from your company so what is the reason for that event there is no fone call regarding this issue.
Or what u gonna do, for this are u paying me a cash or cheque bank transfer.

Booked a courier from calicut to new zealand on aug 8th, 2018.
Courier was informed returned on august 28th and the branch manager promised a full refund of the return, untill now there is no response from the branch manager nor any of the staffs of the firm are not giving any proper response.
Who would the higher official of a branch manager?
Even the customer service is very poor, they are not ready to hear the customer complaints.
Why are such people appointed as customer care executives?

I would like to inform you that i have send a laptop gurgaon to chennai. Before i have send the laptop it's was good an enough on date 08/11/18. After shipment delivery on 10/11/18 to chennai and my friend was opened the laptop percel box of courier the (Laptop) was damage in condition so i request you to do something about the case.
So please kindly find the attachment of laptop damage. So overnite express are very careless to delivery things..

This consignment was supposed to reach me by 6th nov.

It has reached bangalore - hal mini hub on 5th nov and still has not been delivered to my address.

I have been calling your bangalore customer care numbers - [protected] is switched off, the other number[protected] is not answering calls. When i called your bangalore customer care today also no one answered.

Your courier is very unprofessional.

I have courried my passport on 12-10-18. But the courrier company didn't posted my courrier. And again they made the shipment with new number [protected]. And now it's[protected] still my courrier hadn't been reached in the address yet. This is the pathetic courrier service. I have to submit my passport to visa office and it's more than 18days i don't know where is my passport. I will complaint against you to consumer court. You guys are pathetic courrier service and i will ask everyone from now onwards not to use your services anymore. I was a regular customer to ur courrier service. And now my experience is so bad that i will ask everyone not to go by your services. I have got job abroad and now i don't know whether i will get my visa to usa or not. I really don't know whether i wud be able to go to america anymore, just becox of the irresponsibility and careless professional attitude of you guys.
