NON DELIVERY

I was sent a courier on the 26th of November, 2008 by NSDL with an important document. The Bill no is : [protected]. This courier has not reached me and I the company does not pick up calls of enquiry and I am also unable to clearly track the status of my courier on their site. It is sheer negligence on the part of the company when it seems to be deliberately withholding important documents....

I desired to send an old computer to my daughter's work place, she was transferred few days ago from TATA AIG Life Insurance, Muzaffarpur to its Pune Branch.

I was supposed to receive a parcel sent by my parents from India in feb. Its not delivered till date. When I use the track number it shows delivered to some A. Dooge. I dont know what do to about this now coz the site doesnt even provide a contact number. This is outrageous coz its already so expensive to send something from so far off and upon that I dont even receive it....
