Dear sir,


I have not recieved my PAN CARD which was dispatched on 6th of march 2010.i posted a complain regarding this and then i came to know that it has been delievered on 11th of march 2010.actually by mistake there was a minor fault in address.the mentioned address is OM NIVAS SOUTH OF RAILWAY REST HOUSE NEAR COLONY PALHANI AZAMGARH Uttar Pradesh 276001....but the correct address is C/O JAGDHARI RAM,OM NIVAS, SOUTH OF RAILWAY REST HOUSE, NEW COLONY, PALHANI, AZAMGARH, Uttar Pradesh- 276001.it may be misused by someone else.

therefore i request you to please consider my situation and do the needfull....i will be gratefull to you if it can be delivered on the above mentioned correct address.

There was a casio watch which was sent to me by my uncle from Haldwani uttarakhand to mumbai.
When i received the courier i saw that the watch was not of casio company but the bill and warranty card was of casio. which i conformed with my uncle he said he had send a casio watch model number EF-503D-1AVDF. In this case what should be done, i am planning to take a legal action against this by putting in a police complaint and going to a consumer court.

Iam Priya and I had subscribed to the "Housekeeping" magazine of The India Today group for which they had promised a gift.While I received the magazines only a monthly basis, I never received the gift as promised by India Today! On my enquiries, they said that they have despatched the gift via Overnite Courier (POD No.[protected] on 1st of Aug itself and someone in the same of Satish had taken the delivery!! The fact is there is no one by the name of Satish in the entire building where I stay who could have accepted the delivery on my behalf!! My repeated calls and emails to the India Today group has not been answered till date! Kindly advise as to how do I take up this issue as I would not have subscribed to the magazine if not for the Gift.

I was suppose to received my pan card 2months before .But still not received ,I spoke to Overnight Express courier and came to understand that the same was delivered by Sanjay (Staff) .Now the question is where it has gone ?.Firstly, no one came to me from Overnight express and secondly, how one can deliver the pancard to some other person without verification .........

I have booked a Rakhi from Bareilly to Jaipur vide receipt no.[protected] on 20.8.10 but till now (7.45 PM on 23.8.10) it has not been delivered. It is very surprising that overnite Express services are very poor.I have expended Rs.50 for courirer.

Overnite Express — Train tickets not received

Dear Sit,

I have booked my train tickets on 06-Aug-08 and 07-Aug-08
with PNR numbers [protected], [protected].
When I checked with IRCTS they told they delivered it is already 6 days is over but still I have not received the tickets.
I could not contact any customer support numbers to contact them those numbers are given in their web site.

MAY PAN CARD NOT DILIVER

Hello Sir,
This is Murali from salem district. I have applied for a PAN card and the income tax department has sent it to me via "Overnite Express Ltd" on 17th Feb 2011. This is the status in tin.tin.nsdl.com "Your PAN card has been dispatched on 17-Feb-2011 by Overnite Express Ltd. courier vide airway bill no. [protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application".

Also I have checked in http://www.overnitenet.com/ regarding the status it is mentioned as "It is out for Delivery - Salem " with the date of 21 Feb 2011. But till now i didnt receive it.

I also sent a mail to the overnite express, they said they will help me and gave me one contact no. But the courier person says he dont have my courier.

Please do the needful for me. Also please do let me know what is the procedure in order to file this problem in consumer court.

PAN card is required for me to file my tax.

Overnite Express — Unprofessional Attitude of the Courier Company

I had great faith when I booked a courier (AWB[protected] through Overnite Express but now I realize what a mistake I have done. Firstly they don't bother to call the recipient if they don't find them at the specified address, then they tell that it was a wrong number. Next when the courier returns to the source then they harass the sender.Firstly you will be lucky if you can connect to the customer care in Kolkata. When I called up the branch office at Sector V Salt Lake Kolkata, from where I booked the courier then they told that the head office have not sent the courier. When the head office wascalled then the same will say said that the branch office will collect the same from them.What the consumer is supposed to do? Next the branch office also needs to know from which company I called, I have to tell the company's name . What is this ? I would advise all please be careful of this courier company.

Overnite Express — My letter dated 8.7.08 not yet delivered

I sent a letter ( Consignment No.[protected] dtd 8.7.2008 to an UK address ( ACRO, PO Box 481, Fareham, Hampshire, UK ), containing important documents .
I have confirmed from the consignor in UK that my letter is not yet delivered, after 30 days .
On asking the customer care of the Courier Co., I am told that it is lying in UK undelivered . They have not cared to inform me on their own although my mobile no. is with them .I am told that I may have to pay 15 pounds for the delivery ; details not explained as to why more money has to be paid, and why it is taking so much time .

Overnite Express — deceived the addressee not delivering the courier

A courier with important document send from New Delhi, through Overnite Express Courier service to me (Gwalior). But send post has not be delivered to me. And they made a false entry in there document log book showing that it has delivered. where they haven't reached to my place of address and destroyed the document, which cannot be duplicated. because of this i have paid huge loss and privilege in my company.

I had booked a parcel vide docket no. CNN[protected]Overnite Express courier) dated 6.2.2010 from M/s BS Telecom, Subhash Nagar, Delhi to be delivered at Pachim Vihar, New Delhi. It was never delivered to the addressee or reverted back to me. On enquiry it was found that company had misspent it or lost. As advised, I had sent my claim of Rs. 2, 075/- vide letter dated 3.3.2010 alongwith the original receipt. The latter was handed over to your company rep. Mr. Kishore from outlet owned by M/s BS Telecom, Subhash Nagarh, Delhi but on enquiry I found that company had not received the claim letter alongwith receipt so far. After that I had scanned it and sent on different email addresses but could not get any response. Again in the 2nd week of June I contacted rep of company and again forwarded it. Again in July, 2010 hard copies of the claim and receipt were sent. After lapse of more than six months no response from company and as and when contacted they say the parcel was not insured etc.etc. So I told them it was the responsibility of the company rep to insured it at the time of booking. Moreover, as per standard practice when courier consignment as a whole move it is insured and the company should settle the claim.

The lacklustre and extremely poor approach of the company and the harassment meted out by me and the time wasted by me in calling again and again to the company forced me to write this. Hope the company will take urgent steps to settle my claim. However, as per my personal experience, I will never recommend the Overnite Courier to anyone.

This is for Overnite Courier Company to read because there website is a Useless one same like there service always shows the message "Server is busy", while trying to post a complaint.

Ebay online vendor couriered a Dvd to me from Bhopal on 18th August 2010 bearing the Airway Billno :[protected], big mistake of the vendor. Could you make any prediction about when can I get the Dvd which was of very importance to me.

I suggest you to change your industry because you are not at all fit to be in this industry which requires prompt service, there are good players like Professional Couriers, Bluedart, DTDC etc whose services are pretty good.

I had couriered bangles from jaipur to allahabad on 15 feb 2014 of consignee no [protected].On the site of overnite its showing that it has been delivered on 17 feb 2014 but till now it hasn't been delivered there.I tried to reach them but no response.

Overnite express is the worst service in the entire universe.

I booked I Tickets on 13th April.
It is 17th April still no delivery.
I had a tough time to track their contact number.

Finally when contacted they say it is a technical problem at the airport. I dont understand why these people are not put behind bars.

A courier was sent to me by NSDL that contained my PRAN Card i.e. my Permanent Retirement Account Number card. The AWB of the courier is [protected]. Now the courier was sent on 03/11/2014 and as per the consignment tracker on Overnite's website, it is out for delivery since 06/11/2014. Now today I went to their local office for enquiring about the courier as it has not been delivered till now and they inform me that they have sent the courier to the delivery point nearest to my address for delivery. Accordingly I go to their delivery point and they inform me that the courier has not been sent to them by the branch office. Now magically the courier has disappeared and they are not able to answer. Since I might be on the verge of losing a very important document as I work in govt. owned organization and it is very important for me to have my PRAN card as when I retire I will be needing that card for claiming my pension.
