Iam raju from Hyderabad, my friend has received a SMS one month back
That SMS says D/Sir, We are unable to deliver your courier
Your Ref No[protected] Contact us: [protected]/13 Tks - Overnite Express

we have been callig them from that day but
they r not responding me properly. Its a very mportent courier 4 me.

please do the needful...

Courier is not delivered properly & poor customer service...

I am supposed to receive a courier to my house address at Bangalore with the below detail.

AWB No: [protected]

I could get the information from "http://www.overnitenet.com/webtrack.asp" that "In-Transit: Out for Delivery at BANGALORE on January 23, 2008 (Wednesday)".

But since last 23rd January I am not receiving that. When ever I try to call your telephone numbers, there...

I called them on that day and 9th jan also
they r not responding me properly. Its a very mportent courier 4 me.

PAN Cards delivery

The status of our PAN Cards on NSDL website shows dates of dispatches as 27th Dec 2007 for my family.

The Delivery Boy from Overnite Express Ltd. who delivered one of three PAN Card on 31st Dec 2007, asked for a 'Tip' for delivering the PAN Card. By habit, I don't pay any Tip when some demands it.

In view of this, I like to approach the appropriate HIGHEST authority in your office IMMEDIATELY....
