Overnite Express — Complaint for recovery my money form this men or this type group and punish them

I'm from West Bengal, I read all the complaint in this page..but it's to late because I'm already cheated by one Indian army (I don't know he is a army yah not but he send me a I.D. Card for his prove. his name- Arjun Kumar Yadav, he told me his post in damdum airport, his phn no. Is [protected] ). I'm try to parches mobile from fb marketplace than he call me and In my whatsapp no. Send me some pics of phn(one plus 7 pro) and his I.d. than sand me some pics of parcel office & tell me sending 1000 R.s. for courier service(overnite express) than I send. Than he told me courier deliver to u next day 9-10am. Today one courier boy from overnite express courier call me and told me send GST bill 3799 & insurance bill 2199 total 5998 rs. But I refused to pay than he blackmail me. Told me he writes a FIR in his army camp against me...he send me jail & more and more blackmail.so plz help me to back my money. And punish them & broke over all network plz..
