[Resolved] Overnite Express — Delayed Delivery + No Coordination | |||
I have been using IRCTC online system for booking my monthly/quarterly season ticket for more than last two years now, but for past few months I have experienced lot issues in delivery of my season ticket. Earlier I sued receive it very next day of booking date but in last few months delivery delayed even after my travel date has begun. At one instance I paid the delivery boy for auto fare, because as per Mr. Sunil Upaddhye all their delivery boys had left for the day and he sent his security guy for my delivery. I agreed to pay because my ticket was starting from next day. And fro the current month... Mr. Sunil Upaddhye ([protected]) & some regional courier person Mr. Vinod ([protected]) are not picking up my calls. After repeated trys...they just answer the call and disconnect it. This time also I have not yet received the ticket even after it was booked well in advance 5 days prior to the journey date. Season ticket booking on IRCTC is very convenient considering it is delivered to your doorstep, but these courier guys are headache.
