Overnite Express — fraud in delivering courier and unethical behavior of overnite express courier staff

I need to put in notice of the concerned authorities that overnite express courier staff is engaged in cheating/fraud/theft and has joined hands with some people who are into such practices.
They were supposed to deliver me a mobile phone which i was about to purchase from a seller on olx website.
These buggers asked me to pay all the money in advance without even delivering the phone at my residence. The courier staff who called me spoke in a filthy language as used abusive words.
Kindly make an investigation into this matter asap.
I am not sure, but the shop is based in sector 14 gurgaon (Near air force station) and the incident happened yesterday on 20.4.2018
I was duped/cheated of 1000/- and these cheats did not return me the money nor deliver the phone
Do not use this courier service at all... Due to such cheats and thieves the whole company name is spoiled and the trust of so many customers is broken.
If you really want to stop these scams you need to immediately take action against these frauds.
