[Resolved]  Overnite Express — Money deposited but no consignment received

I am Pramod Sinha wanted to buy a car from olx.in and saw an advertisement of Maruti Wagnor 2009 model owned by a Military man named Kedarnath. According to him he was serving in New Delhi. He had send all the details of the car on my whatsapp number. On the same day he said I have to deposit 3150 rupees as Bilti, we deposited that in a bank account provided by him. On the next day he again said to deposit 8500 rupees as security amount and after an hour he again said that I have to deposit 8000 and 500 rupees separately. We deposited all the money amounting 20, 150 rupees. Then again he said I have to deposit 6100 rupees against some other charges and this is the last amount we are paying. We agreed and deposited that also and still we haven't got any consignment, he is still asking for 3150 rupees more but we refused to give any further money. We are in the loss of 26, 250 rupees.
