Overnite Express — I am complaining about the fraud which is happen with me

I have seen the bike on marketplace (Facebook). I call it's owner Mr Anil Kumar who is told himself an army personnel. He said me that first send me a photo of aadhar card and passport size photo of myself. Then pay 1560/- rupees to make the bill and send address. I send him money in the account which was given by him. After that he sent me a slip of bill and said the bike will be delivered by tomorrow afternoon.
On the next day (9 sep 2021) another person call me and tell himself Praveen from overnite express. He said "Send me your location on whatsapp and I will send you the details to varify the vehicle. I will deliver it within half an hour after varification. And to varify you have to pay 12997/- rupees to the same account." When I paid that particular amount he said you pay the wrong payment, you have to pay the payment of 7999/- and 4998/- rupees.When I argue him he said we require the correct method of payment to varify. I paid him the payment again. After that he told me that the system shows 'failed' to varify. You have to pay the amount of 16999/- . If I will not pay then the parcel will be through in pending cases for 3-4 months and neither the payment nor the bike will be delivere.
So I paid him the amount of 16999/- and call the bike owner, told him everything, he said that send the amount of 21000/- otherwise your amount and my bike both will not be returned.When I refused to do that he said okay, don't pay but you payment won't be returned.
