Oxford Marketing — they cheat the client the person has taken 2500 rupees and said will make my passport... after taking money manish the defaulter did not pick the call

Hi, this is reference to a passport fee that was given to the above company on 24.04.2018 amount inr 2500/-, for which i was told that i will get the passport made but neither the passport has come nor the amount is refunded. Also i have been chasing them but still no response and now they are not picking the call. Please find below details for the company who has taken the money. Kindly help get the amount refunded as i have been feed up now.
