Oxigen — Money Deducted from Bank but not credited in Wallet

I was trying to recharge my Oxigen Wallet with an amount of 1105. However, the money (1121.58 including charges) was deducted from my ICICI account but it was not credited to my wallet. I don't even see this transaction under my account section. I want the money to be refunded to the bank now. Below is the transaction alert received from ICICI: Dear Customer, Thank you for banking with ICICI Bank. You have made an online payment of INR 1121.58 with Transaction ID [protected] towards payee PayU India from your Account XXXXXXXX8270 on Mar, 06, 2015 at 13:46 . In case you have not made this transaction, please call our Customer Care. Looking forward to more opportunities to be of service to you. Sincerely,
