[Resolved] Oxigen Recharge — issue with deposited money 3000/- | |||||
Dear sir/madam, I have deposited 3000 rs on bank of india on 03.01.2018 time 11.51 am through aeps and aadhar no is[protected]. But this transaction was not successful in bank account but 3000 rs deducted from my tb. I have complaint to customer care they have replied that this transaction is successful in bank account. Then i complaint to bank, they replied that there is no any transaction with rs 3000 on that day. So i need to write here now. So please sir/ madam kindly investigate this problem and resolve it as soon as possible. I have furnished all my proofs in attachment. My wallet number is [protected]. On dated 6 Feb. 18 I have sent money 3000 rs to oxigen wallet from my debit card . Transaction Successful and bank message also received for debit of money, but Oxigen Wallet shows message transaction Successful but order pending.my name is with wallet Prashn kumar and order id is :[protected].
