I have recharged a mobile number [protected] through oxi pay via sbi internet banking. The amount got debited but no recharge was done. Amount : 110. Transaction id : igabtlzjt3 Date : 3- aug-2017 14:41 (4:41 pm) Please do the needful and refund asap. I did not get any success message or failure message from oxi pay.
