[Resolved]  Oxigen Recharge — payment successful - delay in cash load

Loaded oxigen wallet for rs.4000 on 16.01.2018 with indian bank cobranded rupay debit card *4286. On completion of cash load process and payment successful message, the amount did not got loaded to the wallet. Just opened the account with the wallet and as a precaution loaded money after days of wallet opening. Now it is understood not to make payments with large sums and make sure of wallet credentials with small cash loads and for acceptable banks, cards etc.

When mailed to customer support ticket no.797266, got a reply stating would take 7-10 days for a refund. Later when no refund, said forwarded to bank with a reference number and asked to follow bank.

When contacted debit card customer support and the bank, got a reply that for any deductions for failed transactions with oxigen wallet it take few minutes for a refund. Say no failed transaction details available with the card and as it is a successful transaction follow wallet for the process.

Have few other wallets and when any incorrect transaction happen, a refund is done instantly. Payment gateway that work in-between have all the transaction related credentials to sort out issues. Irrespective of deducted successful transaction the wallet is delaying the cash load for weeks. It would be great to refund or load the amount without any further delay.

After time to time enquiries the amount got refund to the account. Refund took a month long time.
Oxigen Services India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Hi,

Spoke to debit card and bank, got a reply that for any deductions for failed transactions with oxigen wallet it take few minutes for a refund.

Moreover it was not failed transaction or time out. It was successful transaction with transaction id #Mob8963998 and amount deducted, did not get load to wallet. Why should contact bank and when a refund process informed later.

When asked oxigen customer care for first time on 17.01.2018, replied would take 5-7 days to load. Later even after 7-8 days time when amount did not get load, said "on 19.01.2018 itself informed for a refund".

Cash Load to wallet was done with debit card and without collecting bank account details do fund transfer done. Does it seem money got stranded nowhere.

Do load the wallet with the amount rs.4000 or do fund transfer with mailed bank account details earlier.

After delay as of a month the amount got refund to the account.
