[Resolved] Oxigen Recharge — Transaction not done but money deducted in the visa card | |||||
I have transaction through paytm of 500 hundred rupees but transaction failed money deducted from OXIGEN prepaid visa card on 4th January at 8.10 pm. Refund not added in my OXIGEN wallet yet. I contacted with Customer Care but they not responding.its along time. Please refund my account quickly.10 days gone but refund not added in my rbl fund. They are cheating with and fraud company because they not given my refund till date.i am confused what I do now. I will case him in consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||||

There is unsettled transaction reflecting on 04/01/2017 for the amount Rs 500 Purchase-PAYTM NOIDA IN. As per Visa rule it may take 30 days for the transaction to get settled. I have loaded Oxigen wallet with 3050Rs. The money from bank account is withdrawed.But the payment is not showing on the wallet. And i cant contact them...Oxigen wallet is fraud..
