Dear Sir/ Mam,
I wanted to create a virtual visa 5days back, 2000 rupees deducted but virtual visa not generated but the money never reached and neither did they refund it back and seems they dont even want to.. Have written emails to them but they dont respond, neither do they reply on twitter, their CS telephone number keeps you on hold for hours but no one comes on the line ever.. I am not the only one, everyone who has used their app gives negative reviews on Google Play store but they dont respond to anyone and they purposely cheat customers so as to keep their money.. They have not received a single positive or neutral review.. Also they keep call on hold for hours to make commission from Tel operators but no one comes on the line because they dont have a call centre to address to complaints..It seems they are running this fraud business since long but are still continously cheating customers..My complaint ticket id is 415393 which generated on their app but no one responds... email id - [protected]@gmail.com

i have loaded 2000 rs thrice on 3/1/17 but all three times transaction has failed and money has been debited from my bank account still no refund has been made and no reply for mails and call too. totally 6000 rs has been been debited from my account for failed transaction. i am not able to see the transaction history too in oxigen wallet

Same here for me! Rs 1000 dedcuted from my wallet Virtual Card not created!!Customer care putting hold for minutes..Email service not responding, !! Really Pathetic!!
