I have taken package for my himachal pradesh trip and below are highlights.
1. Charged pretty high and even after approaching them, no response and corrective measures taken.
2. Allocated hotels are not good.
3. Driver is too rude and not listening to us. He is always looking towards commission by dealing with local vendors.
4. Not taken to locations what they have mentioned. Paid money separately for all visits.
4. Customer support is pretty bad and not responded to my mails and calls. I have mailed 5 times and called around 20 times but no one picked my calls.
5. Driver was unethical and not listening to us, as if he felt like taken trip at free of cost.
6. Not provided invoice for my money till and said we wont provide as per oyo policy, i never heard these things before.
I have all sort of mails communications and call log to provide proofs. I need proper compensation and feeback on my request. Was this information helpful? |
