regarding oyo package for my himachal pradesh trip

I have taken package for my himachal pradesh trip and below are highlights.

1. Charged pretty high and even after approaching them, no response and corrective measures taken.
2. Allocated hotels are not good.
3. Driver is too rude and not listening to us. He is always looking towards commission by dealing with local vendors.
4. Not taken to locations what they have mentioned. Paid money separately for all...

worst service delivery and experience

This is in regards to a package that we had booked for south india in july 2019 through oyo holidays package id - 106783.

Unfortunately it was the worst experience of my lifetime with hotels and any travel agency. I am myself a hotelier and have worked in 5 star hotels across india. I did not expect 5 star level of service however clean rooms, hygienic food and basic courtesy is something which i expected from oyo.
