Oyo Hotels — Amount paid but booking not confirmed

I choosed to pay at hotel option while booking a hotel at OYO. they showed me an 10 percent discount if I pay through app later when i reached the hotel I made the payment through OYO app after the payment is done. the booking just got disappeared from my OYO app and hotel denied the room booking and told me to contact customer support when trying reach customer support the call will not connect at all. What the fraud happening in OYO the hotel guys used this advantage and asked me to pay full amount if I want to stay.
OYO is changing to a big fraud company please revert back my money attached the screenshot for your reference
