No booking after payment

I booked and paid for the hotel on 8th June 2023. The money was deducted (paid via Paytm) but the Oyo app shows the payment is still pending. How this is going to solve? Customer care services are also unable to resolve the issue....

OYO: Refund not received

Dear Customer,
This is to request you to kindly refund my cancelled booking amount. Below is the message and complaint id I received from Oyo regarding the refund initiation but it has been over 20 days we have not received the refund.
"
We have initiated refund to GPAY_OMNI against booking id NFC39748: INR 2705.0
You will shortly receive a confirmation on the status of the refund"

Amount paid but booking not confirmed

I choosed to pay at hotel option while booking a hotel at OYO. they showed me an 10 percent discount if I pay through app later when i reached the hotel I made the payment through OYO app after the payment is done. the booking just got disappeared from my OYO app and hotel denied the room booking and told me to contact customer support when trying reach customer support the call will not connect at all. They mentioned that refund was success . But amount didn't get credited tillnow

This is regarding my cancellation of booking at Oyo hotels. Booking id :BX7S2783
I've cancelled this and they generated a token for refund. They are showing that refund was successful.but amount isn't credited to my account till now...

refund against failed bookings

I have a booked a room in hotel shree krishna palace, bhopal (Oyo 3995) dt. 2nd nov19. But the payment of rs. 1574 / failed, but deducted from my bank account. Booking id ufan9284. Booking automatically cancelled.

I have registered a complaint. Sbi replied that it has been settled, transaction id igahjafsy8 has been successfully settled on 2nd nov19.

Pl refund my money, otherwise i will file a police complaint....
