Oyo Hotels — OYO: Refund not received

Dear Customer,
This is to request you to kindly refund my cancelled booking amount. Below is the message and complaint id I received from Oyo regarding the refund initiation but it has been over 20 days we have not received the refund.
"
We have initiated refund to GPAY_OMNI against booking id NFC39748: INR 2705.0
You will shortly receive a confirmation on the status of the refund"

Complaint I'd: Ticket ID: [protected] | Ticket Type: SIG Escalations | Resource ID: NFC39748 | Resource: Booking

We tried to contact customer care but refund ivr option is not working it is being redirected to the main menu. Kindly fix that too..
