On 21.4.2021, I had purchased a pair of earrings online from P.C Chandra online site by making full payment. At that point of time I was informed that the delivery date for the same is 19th May 2021. Today it is 24th June, and there is still no news when the jewellery will be delivered. It is more than 2 months since I have made the full payment yet there is no news about the delivery.
I have tried to contact customer care no [protected] many times, but no one ever responds to the call.
It is a shame and it has shaken my trust and confidence in the brand of "P.C.Chandra Jewellers".
