P.c Chandra Jewellers — Rough behaviour of 2nd floor Manager & another two staffs at Barrackpore showroom

Sir,
I visited your shop at Barrackpore showroom S N Banerjee Road Kol120 on 29/08/21 at 6.35 PM to purchase 5 gram gold coin in the name of SBI A/c of D.Mitra. But your 2 staffs & 2nd floor manager is disagree to sale in the above mentioned name. When I requested them to contact your head office otherwise give me customer care number & I will write them. But floor manager showed attacking rude behaviour with others.I told them I will be reimbursed the bill through my SBI Account only not paid cash. Pl check your VC & conversation also. I first time visited & upseted and also told I want to purchase ornaments for my daughter from you. I think this is monopoly. I am a Sr Manager
