On 21.4.2021, I had purchased a pair of earrings online from P.C Chandra online site by making full payment. At that point of time I was informed that the delivery date for the same is 19th May 2021. Today it is 24th June, and there is still no news when the jewellery will be delivered. It is more than 2 months since I have made the full payment yet there is no news about the delivery.

Its been 3 months now and 1000 rupees which was supposed to be returned by PC chandra has not been refunded yet. They keep saying that there's is no policy to refund amount and customer needs to get a voucher or purchase gold with the remaining amount.

The shop executive and Manager and not co-operative and keep giving excuses to refund the amount.

I had very very bad experience in ur Behala showroom... the employees o[censored]r store make me fool... that day I purchased a earrings, but I don’t want to buy the gold pushes... they said they will separate the gold pushes from the earrings ... after came back home my husband saw they made me fool...first they charge the earrings with pushes... they took making charges and The whole gst... then they sell the pushes... dear sir do...

Date of incident: 21/3/2017: I have exchanged my old gold ornament wt 6.49 gm with P.C. Chandra jewellers, benachity, durgapur. It was a gold "Half cover face noa" brought from SENCO (we had the original bill). But the staff refused to accept that it was HALLMARK and told that they need to melt the ornament to check purity. We agreed to that. After melting the weight was 6.41 gm. The purity was then checked and found to be 22.03...

One Noah (Hall Marked) which was purchased from B. Sirkar Johuree Pvt. Ltd.almost five years back so for the exchange purpose I went to P.C.Chandra Jewellers at Kanchrapara Branch on 11/3/2015 to purchase a new Noah against the old Hall Marked Noah. But the problem is that no one of the shop want to see the old bill, straight away they were deducting 2.330 gm out of the original weight of 9.830 gm. by stating the reason of deduction that they were not finding the Hall Marked sign on the Noah whereas in the old bill of B. Sirkar Hall Marked was clearly mentioned. The New Noah delivery date of P.C.Chandra was on 7/4/2015 which I collected from the shop on 8/4/2015 and the weight was 9.90 gm for which I have to pay Rs. 11.056 extra. How they are deducting 2.330 gm of Gold from the Hall Marked Gold? I want either Gold or equivalent of money back. They cheated like this. I have both the money receipt in my hand.

I hv purchased a mf chain on last friday dated 1/11/2013 of 50.73gm. After came back home d next day when I was going to use the jwellery, I found many small pcs of iron wire in the jwellery. The very next day I hv gone to the shop and ask them to wait the jwellery again and I found the wait of the jwellery .1mg less from the purchased wait. I became surprised that how could it happen....

i went PC Chandra jewellers gold lite collection of serampore branch to check gold rate...it was shocking that der gold rate so higher dan dat day's gold rate which was publish in daily news paper...i asked dem d reason..dey told me dat der gold rate is international gold rate+after add some other charges..my qs is why dis difference in gold rate?? how can we(public) know d xact gold rate of a particular day of dis popular gold showroom?? why dey make dis difference is gold rate??what is d reason of dis diff??we r general public..today's market price is show high..& gold price become so higher day by day..when our parents gv us dis ornaments in our marriage/any other occasions from der savings/deposits,dis money is so valuable...so dat is der responsibility to gv dem genuine things.nt to cheat dem...
