P M Dimensions Private Limited — Non payment of dues

I had been serving in this concern since June 2014 till Jan 2016. They were outsourcing agency for HEC Ranchi Project Divn and I was serving at Krishnashila NCL CHP Construction and Later for Coal Washery at Madhuband, BCCL Dhanbad. They deducted an amount of 25000/- towards TDS deduction of Income Tax.Later when I filed IT return for the year[protected] an amount of 20, 000/- was to be refunded, but unfortunately PMD ltd. did not deposit the IT deducted from my salary. As such I am not getting back my IT refund of 20, 000/-.
