Respected sir,

This is to bring to your kind information that an amount of rs. 31497/- was deducted as income tax vide tds from my salary in the month of april 2015 for the session[protected] and subsequently form 16 was served to me. This was the period i was working for hec project divn.in its chp project at krishnashila, ncl, singrauli. And later i was transferred to madhuband coal washery, of bccl, dhanbad.

After filing my itr for this session[protected] i got intimation under section 143 (1) of income tax act that an amount of rs. 20, 380/ - would be refunded to my account subject to the deposition of the tds amount of rs. 31497/- by your concerned company, to the income tax deptt.

It is therefore requested to kindly arrange to refund this amount of rs. 20, 380/- or deposit amount of tds of rs. 31497/- to income tax deptt. Asap, so that my itr refund amount of rs. 20380/- could be refunded and deposited to my a/c.[protected]Icici bank)
