Pace Internet — worst service | |||||
I have an internet broadband connection with spidigo for almost 5 years now. The company recently disbanded and it was taken on by a company named pace internet. I have taken a plan for 8 mbps for one year to which i have paid 4200 rupees for a 12 month tenure. Since the new company started, i have been having very very frequent disconnects and almost no internet connectivity for more than one month now. I have been calling there customer number ([protected]) but i get the same reply that we will try to fix the problem as fast as possible, but to no avail. Moreover the customer helpline number has also changed 6 times over the month and people like me are just sratching their heads over to just get a hold on one of these numbers in order to actually complain about an issue. I feel that i have been ripped off my money. When i asked them to refund the amount and be done with it, they bluntly said that there's no refund policy and you will not get a penny i[censored] want to close the connection now. I feel i have been cheated and want necessary actions to be taken against the company for betraying their customers. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Its has been more than 15 days i have fiber loss, compnay charges your for.full year in advance and then does not even compansate after wards for down days
