Pacific Holiday World — Denial of membership cancellation and refund

We tried to book rooms so many times but every time they have excuse that, they cannot provide the service because of peak season or because of room unavailability or some other reasons.

We fully paid the membership and we also submitted the AMC(Annual maintenance charge) to this company and it's almost a year and we didn't get to avail the service.

When we talk to customer care they said they don't care about customer concern and they will not refund your money and talk very rudely too.
We are trying for a refund for so long.
Please look into it.
