Dear Team,
While purchasing the membership they have told fake stories and services. while availing the services every time they refused by saying no rooms are available and throughout the year its peak time for them. Later on, they refused to avail membership program days for more than 2 guests. Then Fortune group holidays name was changed to Pacific holidays without any intimation to their members. Then they told AMC charges are renewed and it takes more than 20 days to request and more than 30 mails requesting for the reservations. Its been an harassment requesting to avail services even after paying near to 2 lakhs.
