I had taken membership on 31-Dec-2022. We had booked this membership by paying close to 2.4 lakhs. We were told we can cancel after first vacation if we feel dissatisfied with the service. On the first day of vacation, when we reached the hotel, the hotel manager told there was no booking and they dont have any tie up with Pacific holiday world. After calling back customer care, they told they printed wrong hotel name in the booking and the booking was somewhere else. When I reached that place, it was low standard type of hotel with smelly rooms, mosquitos and a open sewage running next to it. After many calls, these people did not change my hotel. Ultimately I had to abandon my vacation and come back home.
Post this I had asked for the cancellation and refund of money. To that they are saying its not a valid reason for cancellation. I have been following up for more than 5 months now.
