Pacl India — already original submitted, now how to upload documents

My pacl registration no. Is u[protected]
I have already submitted all the respective document to my pacl agent at virudhunagar. Now i dont have any certificate or its xerox. I just have policy registration number. Can you help me in this case.

So now i have have to sumbit my claim as per sebi guidelines. And for this submission pacl certificate is required, so that i will be able to uplaod all required doc. And sumbit my claim.
