I have lost few of my policy receipts and pacl certificate got damaged. I request you to kindly send me required soft copy of the documents to claim refund.

I have tried filling up PACL refund form online. On the last page where i am required to upload all the receipts and certificate, I have uploaded only 12 receipts. Following which i am unable to add further receipts. All the fields in the "pacl certificate and receipt details" tab are grayed out. The deadline for form completion is 30th April' 19. I have more receipts that needs to be uploaded. Kindly guide me how to proceed. I am unable to complete the procedure due to this issue?

I have also send an email to [protected]@sebi.gov.in but I am still awaiting their revert. I have tried to reach the customer support number but the number is either busy or no one responds.

Kindly assist. This is really URGENT -

1. With reference to the subject matter i would like to draw your kind attention towards that i had purchased a policy. Details of the policy are as under:-

2. It is intimated that i had paid the due amount on the following dates and claim for said policy had been submitted alongwith final/last receipt of final instalment at your branch at maa ambey complex, near - bargad chauraha, allahabad road, rae bareilly, up, pin - 229001. Another receipt bearing qrc no cz[protected] which was received after final submission of said claim had been received (Copy of the same is enclosed as in image format).
After a lapse of long time, your company i. E. M/s pacl india ltd and sebi has started to give customer’s money back and maturity amount is being claimed through online process.in the online process all the receipts are required for applying the same.

3. In view of the above, it is requested that duplicate receipt of my claim may please be issued and be forwarded at the earliest.

4. An early action is deeply appreciated.

I have a pacl certificate that company issued me in year 2013. Thereafter i invested next year i. E.in july 2014 but company only gave me their pay-in-slip not the receipt. So should i upload this pay-in-slip along with the pacl certificate?
The last date is approaching. We need to complete the form at the earliest.

Pls suggest asap.

This is thriveni mysore. I submitted my pacl bond to pacl office in mysore branch after maturity. We paid rd 2730 in each year from 2009. Total amount we paid is rs10920. Start date of policy is 19.06.2009. Maturity date is 19.12.2014. But now we need duplicate of that bond, which we have to upload to get refund of pacl amount. Please suggest us how to get duplicate bond.

As iam putting my pacl registration no the message shows that, the pacl registration no dose not exist please do the needful at the earliest as the closing date are nearby. My registration on sebipaclrefund.co.in is already done by someone. Now i am try to login but it requires password, but i have no password. When i click on forgot password, it requires mobile number used at the time of registration which is also missing because i don't know who did registration.
I want to know how i reset my mobile number so that i can get otp and can change my password. Please solve my issue? What i have to do?.. Now how to fill the form.. Let me know

I am kusum parihar. I have given my pacl certificate and also first and last receipts to pacl office. To get refund but now i company is also closed and also didn't get refund so, can someone provide me my pacl certificate softcopy on my gmail = [protected]@gmail.com

I am also attaching the pacl buy back letter provided by pacl when certificate submitted to pacl office but didn't get refund still.

U[protected], policy commence date 11/02/1009 matured on 6yr pla, february2015 deposited half yearly in 12 premium rs4265 comes total amount rs51180, submitted original plot registration certificate and all receipts paid premiums in your pacl office cse-032 at delhi after maturity on february2015, kachi receipt that had given from office to me is lost.
I gaven all the data except the ducument certificateand receipts that you have already taken you with incomplete on online to your web
Now, i request for getting me a claim.

Dear sir,

Am in the process of claiming the refund from pacl india limited company. For this they are asking me to register my share details in the below website address

When i am trying to apply pacl refund application through this website
But it gives a message

"pacl no already registered"
I'm unable to recover it, neither it's allowing me to register the same

Please have look on to this and i would request you to kindly provide me a solution for the same.

I have already submitted our pacl certificate and received acknowledgement for that. Now, we do not have the photocopy of the certificate also. Also, we do not have all the receipts for installments. Some one or two are missing. What is the procedure to file the claim for this case. Also, when can we expect the notification for this case from sebi. Kindly advise..

My mother was invested in pacl. We've that bond and first payment receipt only. Almost, we paid for 24 months. Now how we can apply for refund?

Do you have websites to download the e-receipts? Where can i download all the receipts now?

Do you have any plans for this?

Kindly help me to get a refund.

When i am trying to fill my registration no u[protected] for registration in sebipaclrefund.co.in than its gives a message that the registration number does not exist as per our record. So please provide me my correct registration no at my email [protected]@gmail.com my certificate receipt no is. F0634400. Please send the details as early as possible because the last date for applying is 30 april 2019

This is mahesha, i had a policy in pacl india, i dont have a bond certificate and don't have even the xerox copy of that. My policies is at the mysore branch are fully paid and don't have my policy number. How i can go through with the acknowledgment / is there any possibility to get the duplicate bond certificates for the following registration number
