Pacl India — asking for re - registration of pacl/ pacl number does not exists as per our records

I'm writing this on behalf of my father (S. Rathnakara acharya] who was an investor of pacl, registration number u[protected]. We have once registered and submitted the claim form. But today it is showing an error that is -"this pacl number does not exists as per our records".
We have the pacl registration certificate & some of the bills received for the installments paid with us.
