Sir i bandisula babu. I have two doubts in regards to uploading my pacl certificate. 1. I fixed deposited rs. 50000.00 in year 2012. What is meant by claim amount in step-1. 2. I taken rd for rs 150000.00 but i deposited rs 25000.00 in first installment only. Then in this case what is meant by claim amount in step-1. Please kindly clarify me. Thanking you sir.

      Dear sir,
      My name is A. Anthoniammal, and my nominee name is Balric Ivan. I'm from Chennai, Thiruvallur District.
      I have insured in PACL Rs. 10, 000 in june 2004 and It has been finished on December 2014 with Rs 39, 500. I have been submitted orginal document of mine at Ayanavaram office. Then they have issued only Acknowledgement slip for me, I have no document number in that slip. And now, how can I fill the online form without document number. Als also i don't know my document number. Please do the needful thing to get my money. I have attached my acknowledgement slip with this complaint letter

        Hello sir,
        I writing this mail regarding of my mother.
        Wed did scheme of 5 yrs 6 months. A total of 62, 500 rs. We started paying 1000 rs monthly. And we paid 26 months. After that we stopped paying.

        While form filling, i have doubts for the following questions.
        1) total claim amount??
        (I. E the amount i paid 26000 or 625000...??)

        2) whether land alloted by pacl?
        (How can we know, what scheme is ours??)

        3) is it compulsory to upload receipts? If yes, should i need to upload all 26 receipts??

        Please reply as soon as possible.

          Dear sir/madam,

          I am a customer of pacl ltd. And it is heard from sebi on 08 feb'19 in a public notice that lodha committee in align with sebi has now decided to receive claim applications through www.sebipaclrefund.co.in from pacl customers.

          However the mentioned website does not operate well in the past few days and it is too slow, hence unable to complete the claim application.

          Could you please take necessary action to make the website back to performing conditions. It is made the announce that claim receival is open only till 31st april and the days are counting. So it's a sincere request make the website operate.

          I am trying to register from last 3 days.. but cannot register as the site gives an error saying The service is unavailable.

          This is really bad from SEBI part to have such website which cannot take the load. People is awake till midnight to just upload one document and also it is so foolish to ask all the receipts of last 10 years. Already they have gone through mental agony now in the name of claim SEBI is creating more tensions. Pls fix the site to take the load of atleast half of PACL cusumers. This will help the people to file it hassle free.

          Its all cheating i believe. The web site is not working at all for online claiming. Think of the amount and corresponding interest. Sad poor people invested blindly and suffering for the reture. So sad of committee

          I have been trying to get the claim registered for last 15 days. I cannot sit infront of the computer just because I took this PACL. Is this the SEBI offered assurance to common people?

                  Try 4-5 times continuously it will happen

                                  Recover my money from pearl india. I open my pearl accounts in 2010 and with a pearl agent. Then they tell me your money is safe. But after 2-3 year later the agent not apply any answer. And my money is gone. I want my money because we are poor and no other govt job. So please send my money.                                       I submitted the certificate on 2015 at mandya, karnataka branch, but i didn't received claimed amt till today. Now i filled refund application online, but in page 4 it requires certificate or receipt no. Date, but i don't had any xerox, but i had branch acknowledge receipt. How can i upload this. Pls reply. Thank you. Importantly there is no branches or office of pacl in mandya or mysore to enquire about this.

                                      On page 4 where it says upload documents, i tried several times to upload the PACL receipt, however sorry to say it is error while saving the data .It is the worst experience o[censored]ploading the documents wasting so much time and efforts which is really very frustrating and disgusting for consumers who are looking for refund.

                                      if you have any solution please revert as soon as possible.

                                        I have already submitted my pacl certificate in nagercoil branch, kanyakumari district. But i haven't received my amount. Today i have noticed that sebi have announced about the refund. When i open the particular website to claim my amount it is asking to upload my pacl certificate. But i have already submitted that. I don't have any xerox copy too.. Please help me to resolve this problem.
