Pacl India — bank name is not showing

Ifsc code section asking "please enter 8 characters of ifsc code" like this its asking but actually the ifsc code is of 11 digits and my account is in vijaya bank. My ifsc code os vijaya bank is "vijb0001345" and after entering this ifsc code the bank name is not displaying, will you please reply fast.
From 4 days i am trying to apply for pacl money refund in "sebipaclrefund.co.in" website i applied only one pacl certificate successfully but i am facing problem of bank name is not appearing for remaining pacl refund certificates so will you please reply and respond to my query...
