Pacl India — Check my policy status

Sir,
I want to check my policy status it is my policy no. 1029934 of sumitra devi. Address is "bhenupur azamghar". Sir please give me all my policy status to my gmail account "[protected]@gmail.com". I want to check my all details like how much i paid, that my policy is open or not, on which date i have to pay my next premium and i all i want that they is due or not.

i am chandramohan from mooriyur . my PACL registration no: U[protected] and DOC: 27/04/2010
i am also paid three premium of half year mode. due amt 4500*3=13500

we request you to kindly settle the amount at the earliest and kindly send contact number.
