I have got your mail from grahak seva, i had start invest in pacl vide, policy no. U[protected], dtd.01/06/2010 (Attached herewith original scan copy) for five (05) year investment on monthly basis, i invested monthly till 33months after that i got doubt and stop investment.

I was gone to pacl office and demand for close the policy, they replied you will get your investment at the time of maturity.br...

Regarding policy no [protected]. We have taken policy in pacl india limited in nagercoil branch, kanyakumari district,
We have searched for nearby office paclindia limited for refund but there is no pacl india limited office in nagercoil & near locations.
We have paid more than three years continuously but suddenly the branch was closed hence we are unable to reach the nearest office
If we try to contact trichy office...

I have deposited the amount rs 20000/- as per your promise about the refunding amount as double as rs 45600/-. You agreement date expiry on 30/04/2017. But we cannot receive the amount which you have offered. So kindly refund the amount as early as possible..
